Gastec Detection Tube No. 4LB measures Hydrogen Sulfide with a Range of 0.5 to 12 ppm.
- Measuring Range:
- 0.5 to 1 ppm
- 1 to 6 ppm
- 6 to 12 ppm
- Number of Pump Strokes: 2, 1, 1/2
- Correction Factor: 1/2, 1, 2
- Sampling Time: 1 minute per pump stroke
- Detecting Limit: 0.07 ppm (2 pump strokes)
- Corrections for temperature & humidity: unnecessary
- Changes from Yellow to Pink
- Reaction Principle:
- Hydrogen sulfide reacts with the reagent to form intermediate material which stains indicator pink.
- Relative Standard Deviation: 5% (for 1 to 6 ppm)
