Gastec Detection Tube No. 192 measures Methacrylonitrile with a Range of 0.2 to 32 ppm.

- Reaction Principle:
- CH2:C(CH3)CN + Cr6+ + H2SO4 → HCN
- 2HCN + HgCl2 → 2HCl
- HCl + Base → Chloride
- Corrections for temperature & humidity: Unnecessary
- Relative Standard Deviation: 10% (for 0.5 to 10 ppm)
- Changes from Yellow to Red
- 3 Year Shelf Life
- Store the tubes at cool and dark place.
- Comes in a Box of 5 pretubes and 5 detector tubes
