Gastec Detection Tube No. 16 measures Phosgene with a Range of 0.05 to 20 ppm.

• Reaction Principle:
  • COCl₂ + (CH₃)₂NC₆H₄CHO → (CH₃)₂NC₆H₄CHCl₂ + CO₂
  • (CH₃)₂NC₆H₄CHCl₂ + (C₆H₅)₂NH → Reaction Product
• Relative Standard Deviation: 10% (for 0.1 to 1 ppm), 5% (for 1 to 5 ppm)
• 1.5 Year Shelf Life (in the refrigerator)
• Store the tubes in the refrigerator to keep at 10ºC (50ºF) or below.
