All Safe Industries calibration and repair is $125 per meter. If additional parts are required, a quote will be prepared and sent to you for approval. If repairs are not approved or the meter is not replaced, a $95 Diagnostics Fee will apply.

Please note that some repairs can only be completed by the manufacturer which will result in additional repair time and cost. You’ll be notified when factory repair is required.

Requesting service for your gas meter is easy:

  1. Download the service form provided below.
  2. Print the form and fill it out completely with your meter information and contact details.
  3. Pack the completed form along with your meters.
  4. Mail the package to the address listed on the form. Our service team will evaluate your meters upon arrival and provide a service estimate for your review before any repairs are performed.
