Acetone Detection Tubes 40/a (40 - 800 ppm)
Drager Short-term Tubes have proven to be a very cost-effective and reliable method for the measurement of gases.
For short-term measurements more than 160 Drager-Tubes are available to measure the so-called spot concentrations of specific gases. Measurement usually takes between 4 seconds and 15 minutes. The tubes are used either manually with the Drager-Tube pump accuro or automatically with the Drager X-act 5000.
A wide range of different gases and vapours can be detected and measured, e.g.: Determining and measuring concentration peaks, Measuring personal exposure in the inhalation area, Detecting leaks in pipelines, gas installations etc., and Air analysis in sewers, shafts and confined spaces.

||Other ketones are indicated but with different sensitivities. Aldehydes are indicated. 500 ppm ethylacetate does not affect the indi-cation. Ammonia causes the indicating layer to turn yellowish brown.
